Science of Jelqing
Jelqing works by pushing more blood into the penis but squeezing it in starting from the base upwards. Imagine a steam roller going over a balloon. This milking will expand and stretch the cell walls of the corpora cavernosa to allow larger quantities of blood to enter the penis. Jelqing will increase the size of both the flaccid and erect penis, but most markedly in the erect penis.
The purpose of the jelq exercise is to force more blood into the corpora cavernosa (the spongy tissue that makes up the penis). This is achieved by using a "milking" technique on the penis.
Before you Begin…
Pull out the Tape measure!
Measure your penis flaccid and erect. Measure both the length and the thickness. It doesn’t matter how you do it just do it the same way each time. A cloth tape measure is the perfect tool for this.

Ancient Egyptian Penis Enhancement Technique ( Jelqing )
Tools needed
- your right or left hand
- a towel
- olive oil or coconut oil ( Egyptians used animal fat )

Beginners Jelqing Routine
- Wet a towel with warm water and wrap your penis in it for a mximum of ten minutes. A warm shower will also suffice. This will allow more blood to flow through it and prepare it nicely for the jelqing exercise, much as boxers warm up with jumping rope before a fight.
- Try to be anywhere from 30% to a maximum of 80% erect before you begin. For the first few times start around 30% erect and then workup as you get more experienced.
- Get some olive oil or coconut oil and rub some on the shaft of your penis.
- Using the OK grip wrap your fingers around the base of your semi erect penis. Squeeze it enough you feel the blood get trapped as you slowly move your hand up towards the end of your penis. You should see it swell and grow more vascular as it nears the top.
- Extra Credit: before you clamp down with the OK grip do a kegel to trap more blood into your penis. This helps improve the effectiveness of the jelq. That fellow I met in Egypt taught me this little trick.
- Stop an inch from the beginning of the head of your penis and feel how that area is now swollen with blood. This is what will make it bigger over time. Hold it there for a second or two and then continue to where the head of your penis begins. Notice how swollen the head of your penis is now. This will make it bigger as well. Women love a fat penis head. It hits their back wall very nicely and fills them up at the very end which is rare.
- Repeat this for a total of ten times. Take a rest and then do two more sets of ten for a total of three sets. This equals thirty jelqs a day.
Advanced Jelq Routine
Once you get a feel for how long it takes to do thirty of them right and feel the difference in your phallus, dedicate an entire hour to jelqing every day. The first step is to feel the difference between your PC muscle and your BC muscle. First lets see how to do a proper kegel.
How to do a proper Kegel
When you do Kegels and flex your PC muscle you simply squeeze on your anus. You will first feel your external anal sphincter contract, then with enough force your internal anal spinchter will contract as well. Finally you should feel the bottom of your pelvis “lift” This is your PC and IC muscle contracting fully. When you become skilled with cock crunches you do not even need to engage your PC muscle at all.
The Cock Crunch Program
- Squeeze your BC muscle and try and hold it for three seconds. You should notice your testicles recede into your abdomen slightly. There are Kung Fu and Taoist masters who are so good at this they can suck their testicles all the way up into their bellies. A great move for fighters.
