<p>Lemons, while common are among the healthiest foods we can eat.</p>
<p>You can&#8217;t ever get to many of them and they are <a href="http://rayshealth.com/fermented-foods-and-weight-loss/">even better fermented</a>. My grand mother fermented lemons and orange peels because they couldn&#8217;t afford cucumbers in Egypt.  &#8221;Meafina&#8221; is Egyptian slang for something that is fermented. Egyptians like most ancient peoples know how powerful fermented foods are and they work to ensure they get some every day. While this practice was done out of poverty by the people of Helwan, Egypt it has immense health benfits as the people from the area in Egypt where my mother&#8217;s family was from are known for their<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khadr_El_Touni"> amazing strength</a>, beauty and longevity.</p>
<h3>Lemona Meafina Raw fermented Lemon Recipe</h3>
<ul>
<li>squeezed lemons &#8211; as many as you have, orange peels also work great!</li>
<li>4 tablespoons of sea salt</li>
<li> 4 cloves of garlic</li>
<li>Your favorite spices &#8211; I use a dash of Cumin, coriander, turmeric and ginger</li>
<li>a small handful of crumpled raw feta cheese</li>
<li>3 tablespoons of olive oil</li>
</ul>
<h3>Directions</h3>
<ol>
<li>Remove the hard ends of the lemons with a knife</li>
<li>Cut the lemons  into bite sized pieces with your hands or use a knife</li>
<li>Stuff the lemons into the jar</li>
<li>Fill jar with enough water to cover all the lemons</li>
<li>Use a garlic crusher to crush the cloves of garlic or mince them very finely with a knife</li>
<li>Add the garlic, salt and crumpled feta cheese to the jar.</li>
<li>Close the jar and shake it well</li>
<li>Open the jar and coat the top of it with some olive oil to act as a preservative.</li>
<li>Put a napkin on the jar and lightly put the top on</li>
<li>Store in a cool dry place for 5 days, You can even put this in the refrigerator from the beginning as it doesn&#8217;t last as long as other fermented foods.</li>

<p>The sad state of our American Diet means that all sauerkraut found in stores is not truly fermented and is useless. The sauerkraut found in stores is pasteurized and devoid of the enzymes which make it so healthy, hence why this is a &#8220;Raw&#8221; Sauerkraut Recipe. We must make it ourselves to enjoy the <a href="http://community.seattletimes.nwsource.com/archive/?date=20051107&amp;slug=flucure07">immense health benefits sauerkraut</a> has.</p>
<ul>
<li>Scientists at Seoul National University in South Korea fed an extract of kimchi, a spicy Korean variant of sauerkraut, to 13 chickens infected with avian flu, and a week later, 11 of the birds started to recover</li>
<li>Another recently released study at the University of New Mexico indicates that sauerkraut may reduce the risk of breast cancer by up to 74 percent</li>
<li>Of the hundreds of Polish women and Polish-born U.S. immigrants observed in the study, those who ate four or more servings of sauerkraut and cabbage per week during adolescence were 74 percent less likely to develop breast cancer than those who ate 1.5 or fewer servings per week.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Raw Sauerkraut Recipe</h3>
<ul>
<li>1 Cabbage &#8211; Red or green doesn&#8217;t matter, you can even combine them to get pink Sauerkraut</li>
<li>1 Onion &#8211; optional</li>
<li>1 Cucumber &#8211; optional</li>
<li>3 cloves garlic &#8211; optional</li>
<li>4 tablespoons of Sea Salt &#8211; The only requirement next to the actual cabbage</li>
<li>1 Big Glass Jar &#8211; Always use glass, never plastic</li>
</ul>
<h3>Directions</h3>
<ol>
<li>Cut the Cabbage in half</li>
<li>Cut out the hard base steam in a v shape, do this for both sides. You can throw it away</li>
<li>Cut the cabbage up into slices small enough to fit into your food processor</li>
<li>Put the cabbage into the food processor such that it dices it into long but thin slivers</li>
<li>Do the same for the onions cucumbers and garlic if you choose to use them</li>
<li>If you don&#8217;t have a food processor then you will have to cut it up yourself with a knife</li>
<li>Stuff the slices cabbage into a jar an inch high at a time and then add a table spoon of Sea Salt.</li>
<li>Repeat until you put all the cabbage in and use up all the salt. The salt will make the water rise up out of the cabbage, this is good and the jar should be very moist now.</li>
<li>Your jar should be full now and the water should, put a napkin on the top then put the jar lightly on top such that air can get in and out</li>
<li>Put the jar in a cool dry place away from sunlight and at room temperature for at least 5 days.</li>
<li>After five days your sauerkraut should be ready. Eat and enjoy it and let it stay in the fridge to last longer.</li>
</ol>

<h3>Warning: <span style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;">Before you go rushing out to buy a jar of pickles so you can get ready for the beach keep in mind that the commercially fermented foods found in stores is not really fermented and has no health benefits. We have lost this knowledge through out the years. Read on to learn why this is now a secret.</span></h3>
<h3>History of Fermented Foods</h3>
<p>Capitan James cook, The British explorer who far extended the reaches of the English empire used sauerkraut to sustain his crew on long voyages. Sixty barrels of sauerkraut lasted for twenty seven months. Not a single crew member got <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scurvy">scurvy</a>, which previously had killed many crew members on long voyages. Humans have used fermented foods to sustain themselves through lean times since humanity began. Fermented foods and human history  are so closely intertwined that is unimaginable how we have become so detached from them now.</p>
<p>It can be argued that fermented Foods are the basis of human culture. The word &#8220;culture&#8221; comes from the art of fermentation. Fermentation creates cultures in food that develop as the bacteria grows and multiplies, aiding in digestion and making food more nutritious. Cultures such as the French with their wine and cheese and the Japanese with their miso and naato  are known to be well cultured. Americans who are criticized for a lack of culture have largely given up on traditionally fermented foods. Instead we as Americans now consume canned, pasteurized and heavily processed (embalmed) foods.</p>
<h3>Real Fermented Foods</h3>
<p>For a food to be considered fermented it must be <strong>traditionally lacto-fermented</strong>. Lacto-fermentation is the process by which bacterium and yeasts consume all the sugars,carbohydrates and proteins in foods to produce lactic acid. This process makes foods much more digestible and nutritious. The pickles, olives and sauerkraut you find on supermarket shelves now does not use traditional lacto-fermentation. Rather they are brined, pasteurized and loaded with acidic vinegars to stop fermentation.</p>
<p>&#8220;If you leave a jar of pickles that is still fermenting at room temperature on the kitchen counter, they will continue to ferment and produce CO2, possibly blowing off the lid or exploding the jar,&#8221; says Richard Henschel of Pickle Packers International. This is why all &#8220;shelf-stable&#8221; pickles are pasteurized. We now know how bad pasteurization is from the <a href="http://rayshealth.com/milk-lactose-pus-steroids-facts/">dangers of pasteurized milk</a>. Big business only cares about their bottom line and the result is the foods we think are fermented are just pale imitations that do nothing for our health.</p>
<h3>How to Make your own Fermented Foods</h3>
<p>Our food industry has failed us so we must do it ourselves. Real warriors have no problem doing things ourselves, we love it. You will love making your own traditionally lacto-fermented foods. I promise you they will be better tasting than anything you could ever buy and once the ladies have a taste of your pickles, kimchee or saurkraut they will always be coming back for more <img src='http://rayshealth.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>All you need to fermented vegetables is</p>
<ul>
<li>the vegetables themselves &#8211; cabbage ferments very easily</li>
<li>salt &#8211; sea Salt or Kosher Salt is best</li>
<li>a jar &#8211; keep the lid on loosely or just place it on top without tightening it and put a napkin between the lid and the jar</li>
<li>a cool dry place to store the jar &#8211; room temperature is best, the warmer it is the faster fermentation occurs, the colder the slower.</li>
</ul>
<p>You don&#8217;t even need to add water as most vegetables such as cabbage will give off water once salted. Then you just put them in a jar and store them with the lid on very lightly in a cool dark place for three to five days. That is all you need to do. In those five days the fermentation will have already have happened so you can put them in the regenerators to slow down any further fermentation and have it last longer. Fermented foods can last for months refrigerated but once you get hooked on fermentation I can promise you the most any one jar will last is a week, because you will be eating them that fast <img src='http://rayshealth.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Raw Meat is without a doubt the must nutritious thing you can put into your body.</p>
<p>What studies do I have to back this up? Only how I feel, how I look and how strong I feel after having some raw <a href="http://rayshealth.com/buffalo-meat-aka-bison-the-best-meat-for-getting-ripped/">bison </a>or raw fish. The next day I feel immensely strong, sexually activated and I am lean and ripped. I&#8217;ll take that over a medical study any day.</p>
<p>When you have meat raw you get far more protein, vitamins and minerals out of it than what is mentioned on the label. This is because those nutrition facts are collected only after the food has been boiled. This is how they do things in the lab. We know for a fact now that proteins are destroyed and deformed at anything above 118 degrees.</p>
<h3>Is it Healthy to eat meat raw?</h3>
<p>The answer is YES, it is far MORE HEALTHY TO EAT YOUR MEAT RAW.</p>
<p>There are only three things you must do to ensure you get the most out of it and never get sick.</p>
<ol>
<li>Make certain your meat is from a good source. Avoid beef as it is loaded with steroids, locked up in a cage it&#8217;s entire life and feed the leftover flesh of it&#8217;s own kind. Opt for Bison every time you can. The <a href="http://rayshealth.com/buffalo-meat-aka-bison-the-best-meat-for-getting-ripped/">FDA doesn&#8217;t allow bison to be given any steroids or hormones</a> and is usually grass feed &amp; open range. If you want fish make sure it is wild caught. Avoid pork and chicken.</li>
<li>Cold Cook the meat.  Cold Cooking is an old art where you use the natural base&#8217;s and acids in food to cook meat without heating it. This process also kills off much of any bacteria that has accumulated and acts as a natural preservative. It also makes food more delicious and the best chef&#8217;s marinate their meats in cold cooking sauce before they heat it. The prime cold cooking agents are, lemons, vinegar, salt and garlic.</li>
<li>Give thanks for the animal. This will be ignored by most people as superstition but their are studies that show that when people say prayers before they eat indigestion is cut down by 90% or more. I always pray before I eat and If I am having meat I give additional thanks for the sacrifice of the animal. Respect doesn&#8217;t just go two ways, it goes all ways.</li>
</ol>
<h3>My Cold Cooking Sauce Recipe</h3>
<p>I use my <a href="http://rayshealth.com/tomaya-egyptian-garlic-sauce-recipe/">Egyptian Koshary oil</a> , aka <a href="http://rayshealth.com/tomaya-egyptian-garlic-sauce-recipe/">Tomaya</a>, recipe as a base and add a secret ingredient to flavor the meat. The below portions are for a pound of meat. I assume <a href="http://rayshealth.com/buffalo-meat-aka-bison-the-best-meat-for-getting-ripped/">Bison </a>for this article.</p>
<ul>
<li>1 whole lemon, squeezed</li>
<li>1/2 a head of garlic , minced or crushed</li>
<li>teaspoon of vinegar <span style="color: #888888;">optional</span> (added for extra enzymes, optional if you already have lemon juice)</li>
<li>1/4 cup of olive oil <span style="color: #888888;">optional </span>( bison meat is so lean that I like to add some extra fat, optional )</li>
<li>Red Miso Paste ( this is the secret ingredient that really helps bring out the flavor of the meat, required for bison, use yellow miso for fish )</li>
<li>Celtic Sea Salt ( acts as a natural preservative so this should last in your fridge for about 3 days )</li>
</ul>
<p>Put your ground bison or minced meat into this sauce for about 10-20 minutes and you will notice the meat will turn brown. This means it is now cold cooked!</p>
<h3>Optional Extras</h3>
<p>After the meat is cold cooked I like to add a few extra things to make it even better.</p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 a cucumber minced</li>
<li>1 White or Red Onion minced</li>
<li>A whole bunch of the Stems left over from my Green Salads. I mince them or put them into the food processor and then add them to the raw meat. Yum and no Waste!</li>
</ul>
<p>Be creative and add what you like to your Raw meat Tartar. Just remember not to add any acidic fruits or starches as that will hamper digestion. More on Proper Food Combining later.</p>

<p>In 1945 Percy Spencer, a self taught engineer working at the American company Raytheon, accidental discovered that the radar waves he was experimenting with had melted a chocolate bar in his pocket. His next experiments were to cook popcorn and an egg with these rays. After that he tried putting the radar waves into a box with food and the microwave oven was officially born.</p>
<p>Raytheon took a patent out on this radar technology as a method of heating and in 1947 they produced the worlds first commercial microwave. It used three times as much electricity as modern day microwaves, was over five feet tall, weighted over 700lbs and cost $5000.00 dollars. They called it a radar range and it wasn&#8217;t until twenty years later that they made a microwave oven that normal people could afford and use in their home kitchens. By 1975 microwave oven sales exceeded those of gas ranges.</p>
<p><strong>How Microwaves Work</strong></p>
<p>The actual micro waves themselves are about 4.5 inches in width, about the width of your head and they are simply waves of electromagnetic energy just like radio and radar just running at a different frequency as to not interfere with things like your cellphone or tv. Radar and radio waves are much bigger than microwaves, hence the &#8220;micro&#8221;.</p>
<p>These microwaves heat up food by dielectric heating which means they make the atoms in water vibrate millions of times per second, such that the water is heated by te friction of the molecular movement. Naturally anything with water will also be cooked, hence they heat up food with evenly distributed moisture well. Food that is frozen or has water unevenly distributed will not not be cooked evenly by microwaves.</p>

<p>It was believed that because microwaves heat up water that they did not affect the rest of the food but there is more and more research that shows that they affect the actual organic molecules and cellular structure of food. Research continues to show microwave heating damages food considerably.</p>

<p>Raw Milk has made me feel good about drinking milk and eating diary again.</p>
<p>I love the taste of Raw Milk. I grew up on a farm in Egypt and the milk I had there was warm fresh and alive straight from the cow. It made me a strong and healthy boy. When I came to the USA with my parents and we began drinking the milk in stores I changed. My mother was shocked to see me go from a strong healthy infant to a sickly little boy in just a few months.I came down with allergies to dust, insects, dogs and nearly everything. I also had serious respirator problems and my mucus became a problem. She still speaks about that transformation. She took me to the best doctors she could afford but they couldn&#8217;t help. My mother then, just like most people now had no idea how bad drinking pasteurized milk is for your health.</p>
<p><strong>What is NOT Raw Milk</strong></p>
<p>The milk sold in supermarkets is pasteurized. My research on the <a href="http://rayshealth.com/milk-lactose-pus-steroids-facts/">dangers of pasteurized</a> milk convinced me to stop drinking any and all pasteurized diary. If you look at pasteurized milk under a microscope it looks as if everything has been exploded and bombed to death. The pasteurization kills off all the good bacteria and destroys most of the enzymes and proteins. Homogenization goes the extra mile and splits the fat molecules into smaller pieces which are more easily absorbed as belly fat by the body. Homogenized milk is always pasteurized because homogenized milk becomes rancid rapidly. <p><strong>What is Raw Milk</strong></p>
<p>When any mammal breast feeds it&#8217;s baby, they are drinking raw milk. Raw milk is milk that has not undergone the process of pasteurization. Pasteurization is highly damaging to milk and to we who consume it. Raw milk is far more than simply unpasteurized milk, it has come to be recognized by milk lovers and health professionals as milk that comes from no genetically modified cows, raised in good conditions and fed a mainly grass diet as was intended by nature. So if you have lactose intolerance, it may very well disappear once you start consuming raw dairy products. It also contains phosphatase, an enzyme that aids and assists in the absorption of calcium in your bones, and lipase enzyme, which helps to hydrolyze and absorb fats. Enzymes are deactivated when you get above 120 degrees. By the time you get to 150, 160 degrees, almost all of them are completely inactivated, which is why you will not get ANY of these benefits from pasteurized milk.</li>

<p>Here are some questions to ask these farmers</p>

<li>Do they do regular testing for pathogens? Pathogens are illness causing bacteria and organisms. The farms stock should have a low pathogen count</li>
<li>Do they quickly chilled after milking ?</li>
<li>Are the cows raised naturally, in accordance with the seasons ?</li>
<li>Are the cows are mainly grass-fed?</li>
<li>Are the cows given antibiotics and growth hormones to increase milk production? The answer better be no</li>
<li>Do these farmers drink the milk themselves?</li>
<li>Was this milk intended to be sold raw or was it intended to be sold for pasteurization? Always make certain the raw milk was always intended to be sold raw. This will ensure that the cows are non Genetically modified and were not given any steroids or other drugs.</li>

<p><strong>Why You Never Heard about Raw Milk</strong></p>
<p>The FDA has gone to war with raw milk farmers.</p>
<p>The Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund filed a law suit against the FDA several months ago on behalf of Raw Milk consumers in an effort to <a href="http://www.organicpastures.com/fda_move_to_dismiss.html">overturn the interstate ban on raw Milk movement</a>. The FDA response was a <a href="http://www.organicpastures.com/pdfs/FDA%20dismissal%20documents%20FTCLDF%20CFR%201240.61%20.pdf">30 page document</a> that reads like a facist mind control document. Basically the FDA outlines it&#8217;s mission statement and it shows us who they truly are in regards to our health.</p>

<p>Basically the FDA is here to push pharmaceutical drugs on us and while we are invisible to them, the lobbyists of big Dairy Business are not. Pasteurization is no longer necessary. Surpluses on farmers are no longer necessary. We could actually make the system produce good healthy food and milk from non tormented and abused animals. The politics of this game are tied to money and as usual it is the consumer who suffers.</p>
<p>The pasteurization of milk has caused all kinds of health problems for over 50 years. Those problems are treated with pharmaceutical drugs. The cycle goes from the cows to farmers who barely survive feeding those cows for big dairy to the big dairy executives to us shopping in the aisles. Our government has gotten involved over the years more and more as more money began to be available to them from big dairy. This isn&#8217;t a conspiracy theory, it&#8217;s just business. Unfortunately the goals of business and our health do not match up, rather they are diametrically opposed.</p>
<p>Big Dairy wants to use genetically modified cows to produce as much as much milk as they can. These cows are  loaded up with steroids and antibiotics to treat their unnatural illnesses from being milked far too much. The bad treatment these cows get gets passed on to their milk. The milk big dairy produces is full of pus, herbicides and the pain of sick and abused animals. Of course they demand it be bombarded with radition, which is what pastuerization is. The milk they produce is not fit to be consumed raw. Raw milk from small farmers is the alternative and it is a good one.</p>

<p>A big part of strength is having the courage to put your ego aside and learn from a new source.</p>
<p>A few months ago I was in a bit of a rut. I was training twice before noon five times a week. After my run in the morning and my three hour boxing workouts I was exhausted. I would take four to five hour &#8220;naps&#8221; in the middle of the day that would really throw off my sleep cycle. The strange hours began affecting my eating and I started to gain weight. I still had a six pack but I did not like the direction I was going in. My apartment was beginning to resemble my situation; cluttered and lacking focus. I had my dream and my ambitions what I needed was a better way to live.</p>

I reached out to her and she told me she was booked solid for a few months between New York City, Los Angeles and Atlanta. When I told her that I was an athlete and my issues she was became curious. <p>The first thing she did was use her skills at observation and to figure out exactly where I needed the most help. She is very empathic and knew exactly what pace of learning was most comfortable for me so I was always eager to learn more. Cat focused her energies and my own into the things that would give me the most benefit first and most quickly. This kept my willpower and enthusiasm high.</p>

<p><strong>Posture</strong></p>
<p>How we hold our bodies in motion and at rest deeply affects our mood. If you ever feel down stop and look at your posture and facial expression. You will most likely be hunched over and have a frown or have a notched brow. Instead try sitting upright and smiling with your chin up. It is impossible to feel bad like that. I dare you to try it.</p>
<p>Cat knew the power of our physical state to effect our minds so she had me focus on my posture. Cat is only 5&#8217;2 so she always keeps good posture to try and seem as tall as possible. This has helped her maintain excellent health so she knows the value of it. She also knew that us tall guys have a bad habit of hunching over. She showed me picture of me walking normally and me walking with my posture super erect. I was shocked! I looked so sick and pathetic walking &#8220;normally&#8221; and I looked normal when I stood super erect, even though I always felt silly standing that way.</p>
<p>I literary got the picture and now I always walk tall. We as men must walk tall. Watch women just start to notice you more. Improving your posture and sticking with it is the single best thing you can do to improve how you appear to the world and your own mood as well. We are all connected. Cat always said that and now I see how it is true in a very practical way.</p>
<p><strong>Respiratory</strong></p>
<p>Breathing is important. We have all heard it. It has become so cliche. I always had my doubts. While I am still trying to find the best breathing patterns for me I am now officially on the path since Cat introduced me to the concept. I now pay attention to my breathing all the time. Even as I type this I am monitoring my breathing. The beautiful thing about it is that it helps me turn off the extra noise in my mind. I am far more productive now and I don&#8217;t need to rest as much when doing cerebral work.</p>
<p>Breathing during exercise coupled with visualization also helped me to go deeper into what I was doing. My focus in training improved. Just knowing that all I had to do was focus on my breathing and let the movement come took away alot of my guilt and hence my ego out of it. Even things like having a bowel movement are made so much easier by being aware of your breathing.</p>
<p>Masters know the power of proper breathing. It takes alot of experimentation to truly find what works for you. Cat held my hand gently as I experimented and nudged me just right.</p>
<p><strong>Digestive GI Tract</strong></p>
<p>This is a big one.</p>
<p>Many health authorities, from doctors in the 1600&#8242;s to the most noted specialists in nutrition and gastro intestinal health now believe that poor colon Health is the number one cause of illness. Cat is obviously one of them as she told me flat out that poor Colon health and lack of hydration are the two biggest problems with people in general and were even bigger issues with me. I did suffer from constipation and gas but other than that I thought I was very healthy. I am always excited about being better and stronger so when Cat suggested that a Colon Cleanse could help me get rid of the baggage in my colon that was slowing me down I was all for it.</p>

<p>I dropped 15 lbs in ten days. I felt like a new man. The cleanse was 14 days yet I only made it 10 before I darted off into the night and had solid foods. Cat was impressed I lasted 10 days for my first cleanse and even survived the enemas. I noticed an amazing boost in my energy levels. The nutritional scores of all food that we see on labels are measured only after that food has been cooked. When food is cooked it loses much of its proteins, vitamins minerals and enzymes. When I added more raw food to my diet I noticed a huge increase in energy and mental clarity. I even started eating meat raw again. Cat introduced me to bison meat and the very best in food. We went way past organic and the benefits came to me in longer runs, more intensity and much less gas.</p>
<p><strong>Adrenal Distress</strong></p>
<p>Cat spoke about this alot but I still am not sure about the science of it. It seems the Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) can really wreck havoc on your natural energy balance. The hormones that control this process are produced in the adrenal and thyroid glands. The unnatural chemicals and high amounts of sugar in processed foods can really change how they function over time. Cat made certain to watch my sugar intake and balance out my diet with foods that control sugar values. She said that doing this for a good month would be enough to reprogram my adrenal glands and detoxify my system of chemicals that were harming them. It obviously worked because my energy levels became steadier and higher overall.</p>
<p><strong>Eliminating Processed Foods</strong></p>
<p>Cat was very stern with me here. Things like the processed white flour in bread and pastas are basically fat going directly into our bodies. All the sugars in our foods and drinks were making us obese and quite frankly doping us up. She even made me throw away my microwave because it contributed to the processed food lifestyle.</p>
<p><strong>Environment </strong></p>
<p>Cat&#8217;s final touch was to make sure that all these changes in my life would stick once she was gone. She showed me how to organize my space for Feng Shu, optimal air flow and light. She helped me clean up my work area, rearrange my bathroom and living room. Those changed really did help me feel like I was beginning something truly new and fresh. I  thought all these things would just waste my time but instead it freed up my time. I became far more productive and slept better. I finally began enjoying quiet time at home with myself.</p>
<p>My kitchen was transformed. What was formerly just a stove, fridge with some left overs and a microwave became a fully stocked raw kitchen that was more like a little restaurant. She showed me what appliances to buy, that I needed and what I didn&#8217;t need. She went shopping with me and showed me how what to buy and for what reason. The end result was that I truly had a home base for a healthy life. I never had to turn to the junk sold outside because I always had delicious nutritious food ready and waiting. This ensured that all my progress would stick.</p>
